Yogurt Dip for Fruit

Makes about 1 cup

ingredients

1 cup low fat Greek-style yogurt, or 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
2 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp fresh grated lemon zest or 1 Tbsp of grated fresh ginger

procedure

In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients. Serve as a dip for fresh fruit.
