Executive Chef Andy Kitko of Oceans, a seasonally-focused, ocean-forward seafood restaurant, is our new WITS Chef partner. At Oceans, he believes that the kitchen is the soul of the restaurant. Andy and his team came to our gala this fall at The Metropolitan Museum of Art serving delicious crab cakes. Everyone fell in love!
