Wellness Camp: Taking Care of You

The Wellness Camps teach tips for mindfulness through fitness, healthy eating and self-care, to help School Food Service Managers and Cooks take care of themselves so that they can better take care of others, and to help support a healthy work/life balance. These live workshops will be provided free of charge and virtually, using Microsoft Teams. Each session on the following dates will be approximately 30 minutes long.
