Power Play

Physical activity is important for achieving
proper energy balance, which is needed to
prevent or reverse obesity.

Power Play is an elective course taught by WITS Coaches for Middle School students. This high-energy class combines games that require social interaction, problem-solving, and teamwork. The physical challenges build sports confidence and self-esteem.

Power Play activities include warm-ups and main activities like Boot Camp, Plank Off, Fast Feet Partner Dance, and Human Obstacle course.
