The information collected during the registration process for this website, as well as other information that you enter on our website or give us in any other way, is used to:

Your personal information will only be seen by Wellness in the Schools administrators and staff, staff of Action Potential Networks Inc. (APNI), the company that provides and supports the software for this website, and possibly by forum moderators.
The e-mail addresses and other information collected by this website are not sold or disclosed by Wellness in the Schools to any third parties except for APNI. These addresses will only be used by our organization to send out Wellness in the Schools communications (for example, the Wellness in the Schools newsletters). You will not receive any mailings from Wellness in the Schools that you did not request, except we may send you notifications required by law or strictly service-related announcements when it is necessary to do so.

Information collected by this website is kept on a dedicated server hosted by APNI. We use JustGive.org to process donations, which uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) online technology to encrypt the data you provide.
You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database, and you may request corrections to such information via a request that credibly shows error, by e-mailing email@example.com.
